* helps PREVENT the bone-thinning disease, OSTEOPOROSIS?

TROUBLE GETTING ENOUGH CALCIUM INTO KIDS AND TEENS?
* ADD CHEESE to sandwiches and burgers.
* SPRINKLE DRIED MILK into casseroles, sauces and bread recipes
* MIX A FLAVORING, like strawberry, into milk.
* MAKE PUDDING AND CUSTARDS for dessert.
* Reach for chocolate milk INSTEAD of a soft drink.
* ORDER MILK INSTEAD OF SOFT DRINKS in kiddie fast food meals.

CCES goes through the school year with Mrs. Margaret Carter, CNP Manager. Working with her this year as full-time CNP workers are from left to right: Bessie Ray, (Margaret Carter), Corina Collins, and Aretha Tanks. They greet the children each morning for breakfast and again at lunch with smiles and perfect portions of nutritious foods. They do an excellent job making the CCES cafeteria a great environment for the students, faculty, and staff and even better job meeting the nutritional needs of the school!
